Most of the world is unconscious.

Sure, they wake up every day, get dressed, eat breakfast, go to work, play on their phones, sit at their desk…but they are unconscious.

They are physically awake – their body is functioning and moving them through the physical world.

But they are mentally unconscious – operating on complete autopilot, a slave to their programmed mind, oblivious to the objective reality of the world they live in and the detail of what is really going on.

This Is The Modern Human Condition

So many humans, in the Western world especially, are unconsciously trawling through the precious days of life.

Waking up, getting dressed, going to work, to earn a dollar, to pay the rent, the bills. So you can live for Friday, spend the weekend recovering…

And do it all again.

Never questioning why. Or what if?

Why do you do this?

Because that’s what you are supposed to do. That’s what they told you That’s what they said. This is the way it is. The world is. Life is.

This is just what we do.

But What Is The Alternative?

Heck, what IS the alternative?

That question rarely enters their mind.

So consumed with the thoughts and the programs of the unconscious, automatic, motions of the repetition of the every day life.

The monotony. The known, predictable, safe, certain.

It’s time to wake up from autopilot.

Conscious Awareness

Your conscious mind is your awareness at the present moment. You are aware of what is going on outside as well as what is going on inside.

When you are conscious you are aware of your environment, your body, your breathing, the room you are in, the chair you are sitting on. You see, hear, feel and sense it all – consciously. By choice.

Sub-Conscious Ignorance

Your sub-conscious mind includes accessible information that you are not aware of until you give it direct attention.

Your sub-conscious is what moves you as you walk down the street oblivious to the details of your surroundings. It’s what gets you from A to B – putting one foot in front of the other, following some internal map of an external path.

In a sub-conscious state you don’t need to know the number of people across the street or the colour of the clothes they wear. You can talk on your mobile phone and be focussed on something else entirely other than your direct environment and still make it home safely.

The information about the path home site in your subconscious – accessible, but ignored.

You can continue through life this way – going through the motions, getting to where you need to go, doing what you need to do without any awareness of how or why.

OR, at any time you can bring this sub-conscious information to your conscious mind by choosing to become aware and waking up and seeing, hearing, feeling and sensing what is really going on around you.

Focussing on that – rather than the phone in your hand, or the voices in your head…

Unconscious Autopilot

The unconscious mind consists of primitive and instinctual information and automatic programs that help you function.

It’s the stuff that helps your heart beat, your lungs breath. Which you absolutely need – if we had to consciously make our bodies do these things we would do nothing more.

These unconscious programs are not the problem.

It’s the automatic, unconscious programs of thoughts, memories, and feelings that were created years, or decades ago and have been stored away.

It’s these unconscious programs from your past that drive the behaviours and attitudes and actions of your present.

Your unconscious is full of essential programs that help you survive.

But it’s also full of old programs that keep you stuck – running, quietly, silently in the background, on automatic autopilot. Stuff that you cannot and do not regularly access.

Unless you choose to…

Wake Up From Autopilot

Waking up from a life of sub-conscious programming and unconscious autopilot requires a decision and a choice.

It requires you to decide to live differently.

To slow down, to see the world for what it really is, and to try to understand.

Objectively. Realistically. Without prejudice or pre-conceived ideas.

Considering all perspectives to make an informed decision about how things really ae.

Rather than how you’ve been told, what THEY want you to believe, or how things maybe SHOULD be.

Waking Up From Unconscious Autopilot Can Be Hard

You’re choosing to see the world differently from the rest of the population. The rest of the species.

Who choose to stay asleep. Oblivious to what really is.

When you start to shout it out you’ll find people might not want to hear, see or feel.

They won’t want to know what really is.

You might be the only one to step out of autopilot in your world – the only one to see clearly. To speak your mind.

That can be hard.

With rose coloured glasses gone, you’ll see things in the human world you don’t want to see, hear things you don’t want to hear, feel things you don’t want to feel.

That’s why so many choose to stay asleep.

But when you stay wake, it will be worth it.

Because It Will Be Real

When you choose to wake up from unconscious autopilot, you might be alone. For a while.

And you will never go back. Ever.

But beyond the reality of what really is in the human, physical world, there is a magic of what exists in the eternal, universal, objective reality.

A truth beyond all our comprehension.

And, when you hit on that. That… is what makes it all worthwhile.

Waking up from unconscious autopilot is just the start.
