It is a way to know what you’ve done well, what could change, and what could be better.
Feedback is not personal.
It’s a review of the “work”, and how to make the “work” better.
Any any way, feedback is always just one persons pinion.
You can always take it or leave it.
But isn’t it better to have it and choose whether to address it or ignore it, than never have it in the first place?
That’s why it’s a good idea to always ask for feedback.
