What evolves in the last 24 or 48 hours compared to the previous week or month, can blow your mind.

Some people work brilliantly under pressure, making fast decisions and acting quickly.

Moving forward at an amazing pace at the eleventh hour, surprising every one around.

This level of pressure cannot be sustained, ongoing, and mostly happens in quick, short bursts.

Often followed by a crash or a period of relief and stillness and recovery.

Putting one behind the next deadline, only to repeat the process again.

In nature, diamonds are created by a consistent, ongoing pressure.

They are not created by fits and spurts of pressure and release.
