Energy goes in ebbs and flows.
Some times, some days or weeks, every thing’s running smoothly, in sync.
And then, it hits a rock.
Things stall, stuck, and come undone.
The flow stops, and we feel compelled to try to make it start again, to keep pushing forward.
But what if we stop with the ebb, and go with the non-flow.
It allows us time to take a pause, take a breath and look around.
To see what stops the flow, look at it, and address it.
Rather than try to push through it.
Pausing with the ebb is as much about going with the flow, as going with the flow is.
It’s just a slowing down, a pause, rather than a rush.
