It’s easy to stay up late, to read one more chapter.

Or finish that last piece of work.

To potter around, in front of the TV.

Till midnight has come and gone.

And a second wind hits.

It’s easy to keep going until all hours of the morning.

Until you have to get up and function the next day.

Tired and wired, on minimal sleep that catches up with you before lunch and forces you to “push through.”.

It’s easy to keep going.

It’s easier to get to bed on time.
