It’s perfectly fine to feel like shit some days.

To feel sad, angry, frustrated or depressed.

Emotions are a part of the human condition.

And a barometer for your soul.

The problem is, far too often, people choose to suppress and shut off the negative, and pretend it isn’t there.

Live a lie pretending “every thing is awesome”

When really it is not, and one day explodes in a sea of emotional insanity.

So feel like shit when you need to.

Wallow, delve, let it be, until it feels the urge to pass.

And then let the good stuff in, for as long as IT needs to be.

That’s the real human condition.
