You know those people at the gym, both girls and guys.

Huffing and puffing under 100kg weights, or running until they vomit.

Legs burning as a personal trainer screams at them for yet another 10 squats.

Red-faced, unhappy, and counting the minutes until it’s over.

Because they want to get fit, healthy, look good? Who knows?

Treating your body like a slave, pushing and forcing and abusing and punishing hardly seems like a self-loving activity.

Surely, if you loved your body, there’d have to be a better, kinder, more loving way?
