I’ll just have one piece of chocolate today. It’s just today.

I’ll do some exercise tomorrow.

I won’t bother doing that 5 minute thing today – I’ll do it in the morning.

What if every day you had that one piece of chocolate? Or didn’t?

What if every day you put off exercise until tomorrow? Or didn’t?

What if every night you put off one thing until the morning. Or didn’t?

Every little thing you don’t do today – you didn’t do.

But if you did do them all, imagine what they would add up to.

It’s the things you don’t do that make a difference.

In the long run.
