The simple act of asking one’s self “what did I learn this week?”

What could I do better? Differently?

And taking a single, small step to make a change.

Over time, adds up to steer us in the right direction.

Rather than repeating the same things over and over again.

Mindlessly, unconsciously, expecting something to change.

Be aware of the lessons presented to you, learn and make a change.
