When asked to complete a task or activity, be sure to ask…

What’s the expected outcome?

What are you actually being asked to do?

What do they think you’re going to produce?

By understanding the expected outcome, you can then plan a path to get you there as easily and effortlessly as possible.

And save a lot of time, rework and heartache.

Otherwise, if you’ve got no idea of your destination, how can you possibly know which direction to start heading.
